KPIs for maximum productivity
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used to evaluate the performance of each support team member on a variety of factors. The reports generated can be used to align low-performing resources to maximize productivity.


Custom reports
At intelliView360, we’re all about reports on actionable data. Generate reports based on a specific department or resource and download them in Excel, CSV, and PDF formats.
Dashboard reporting
Your dashboard allows for quick analysis of all your tickets. You’ll be able to see a quick report of many factors, including overdue tickets and minimum and maximum ticket closing time. You’ll also be able to see ticket distribution on multiple filters, including tickets that are overdue, escalated, unassigned, on hold, and under observation.
